Milton Whitaker

Education: Graduated University of Washington 1977 (BA in Criminology).
Born 1949, father career Navy (32yrs) Chaplain. Enlisted in Navy in 1968 as a Hospital Corpsman (three years as a Company Corpsman with U.S. Marines). Received a commission as a Naval Officer from OSC, Newport, R.I. 1978, and served 3 years aboard the USS Ranger (CV-61) as a Supply Corps Officer.  Upon release from active duty in 1992 entered a career as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer; 12 years with the Naval Investigative Service (later renamed the Naval Criminal Investigative Service), and then 8 years with the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of the Inspector General until retirement in 2003.

Second career began in 2007 as a para-educator with the Northshore School District working with elementary and pre-school Special Education programs to date.  Married the Truly Beautiful Miss Ann Bussanich of Denver, Co.

Mark Breyer

Mark has been married to Heather for 25 years. They have 3 kids, one daughter-in-love, and 3 grand kids. Mark grew up in a wonderful home as a pastor’s kid, knowing about the Lord, but never truly surrendering his life completely to the Lord until later in life.

Mark was a general contractor and business owner prior to serving the Lord vocationally as the Director of Missions for 9 years at Canyon Bible Church in Prescott Valley, Az. Mark has served and taught globally in Romania, Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Haiti, Mexico, The Philippines, and Nicaragua. He has a passion for cross-cultural ministries which also includes serving inside the local Juvenile Detention Center and with the Az Dept. of Child Safety. Mark also served on the Board of Directors for International Ministries of Hope (www.imofh.org), a ministry in Haiti, from 2013 – 2015.

Mark also has a passion to see the Church fulfill the Bibles many commands to be a father to the fatherless and currently serves on the Board of Az127 (www.az127.org), a church based movement in Arizona that teaches and trains the Body of Christ to engage the child welfare system at every level through adoption and foster care.

Mark is currently a project manager for a construction company in Prescott, Arizona.

Dr. Jacob Vincent

Jacob Vincent was born in Leitchfield, Kentucky.  After high school, he received a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Religion from Georgetown College.  Later in 1997, he received a MD from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.  After completing residency, he and his wife Lee Ann moved to Bardstown, KY, where he continues to serve as a family physician.

In addition, Jacob serves as a Teaching Elder at Parkway Baptist Church.  He also leads weekly bible studies and participates in worship ministry.  Jacob and Lee Ann have three children: Anna, David, and Sarah.  His family has led several medical clinics in Nicaragua.  Jacob’s passion is to study and teach God’s Word, and to use his gifts to help further God’s Kingdom in Nicaragua.

Hamilton holds a bachelor degree in business administration. In 2009 God called him to serve full-time, after having been a member and volunteer in the church for more than four years. God called him to serve in areas of worship, administration, as an elder, and pastor-teacher, a position he has held since the end of 2015 until now.

He is passionate about being a student of God’s Word, loves reading and studying biblical theology. One of his passions is to constantly train and disciple men that become strong leaders in the local church.

Pastor Edwin Escobar

Director of Ometepe Church Ministries

Degree in Agriculture from the University Agraria Managua, Nicaragua

His greatest desire is to enjoy of in an intimate relationship with Christ and the expansion of the Kingdom of Christ for God´s glory. Pastor Edwin serves as the director of ministries and leadership training in Ometepe, Rivas, and administrates the international camp and farm, La Roca.

Pastor Arnold Sarria

Senior Pastor Petra Matagalpa

Studies in Statistics and Computing from the Unisersity Unan Leon, Nicaragua

Arnold started as the pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship at Petra Bible Church, Managua. He served as an evangelist, directing ministries, biblical counseling, and as an Elder. In January 2015 he moved with his family to Matagalpa, in northern Nicaragua, to start a new work of the Lord. In November 2015 the Church in Matagalpa was started and continues to be led by Pastor Arnold.

Michael Parrales

Elder of Petra Managua

Master’s Degree in Information System Management from the University of Liverpool, England

In course: postgraduate in College Education from the Universidad Americana Managua.

Michael owns a business that assist schools and colleges in integrating technology effectively in education.

He has a passion for studying the Bible, Puritan theology and the Church Fathers.
